A bright and original studio apartment located a few steps from the ocean.

Relax and unwind to the sound of the ocean in this coastal studio apartment located 150 metres from the beach.

Open plan living room/bedroom

Relax and enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean from the two-seater sofa with the large windows that look out to the ocean.

There is a large bed (160 x 200) and the sofa converts into a sofa bed. There is a Smart TV with Chromecast so you can stream all your favourite content (Netflix, YouTube, Spotify etc.) to the TV.

Independent kitchen

Prepare delicious meals which has everything you need for a self-catering stay. The kitchen includes:

- Oven and ceramic hob

- Fridge with freezer

- Kettle

- Coffee machine (Nespresso, French press, Italiana espresso maker)

- Toaster

- Microwave

- Washing machine

- Glasses

- Cutlery

- Pots and pans.

Eat at the kitchen table or outside on the terrace.

Terrace

Soak in the breathtaking sunrises and sunshine all day long on the terrace with its south-easterly aspect.

There is a dining table with two chairs to relax on and enjoy dining outdoors.

Once the sun goes down, eat dinner on the terrace under a blanket of stars with the magical sound of the ocean.

Bathroom

In the bathroom, there is a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and space to store your toiletries.

Check-in / check-out

Our check-in time starts at 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. To make things more convenient for you, we will provide you with a code to the lockbox so you can retrieve the keys and check yourself in any time after 3 pm.

Online check-in before arrival

As per the current vacation rental decree (Spanish law), we kindly ask all guests over the age of 18 to submit their IDs before arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Towels, linen and professional cleaning

We take pride in ensuring that the apartment is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival.

We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them.

We provide one bath towel, one hand towel, one beach towel, as well as one hand towel per bathroom. If you require a change of towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.

Mid-stay cleaning

If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at €15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Please send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.

Families

We warmly welcome families travelling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for €30 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Remote working

If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you.

The local area - Boca Cangrejo

The village of Boca Cangrejo was originally a fishing settlement with natural caves carved into the volcanic slopes of the island. It is now a peaceful neighbourhood where fishermen, craftsmen, artists and local families coexist.

Boca Cangrejo is quiet and residential but comes alive on the weekends with day-trippers from the city and divers who come to explore the ocean.

There is a beautiful black volcanic sand beach, Playa La Nea, a short 30-meter stroll from the apartment.

We recommend you hire a car for your stay. It’s a short drive to get your groceries with a Lidl, Mercadona or Carrefour supermarket just 7 minutes drive away.

The next village along, Radazul, is just a 15-minute walk, where you can go sailing, fishing, diving, snorkelling or have a drink or something to eat in one of its bars in the marina. There is also a small SuperDino supermarket.

We love the seclusion and the natural beauty of the area and we’re sure you will too. Boca Cangrejo is untouched by mass tourism but well-connected for exploring all that Tenerife has to offer.
