To reserve this property we require a minimum age of at least 1 guest to be 29 years or older and to accept all house rules.

This apartment is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00

But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this luxury family friendly and perfect located 2 bedroom apartment in the second line of Puerto Banus harbour. This bright and south facing apartment with open plan kitchen/living room is well designed and tastefully decorated in a modern [hidden] two spacious bedrooms have double beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with walk in-shower. The living room extends into the terrace with an incredible view of the port and the sea.

The open planed kitchen is fully equipped for a holiday stay, and there is as well washing machine and a dryer to [hidden] apartment is perfectly located in the centre of Puerto Banus with easy access to the beach and all services including shopping and a wide range of restaurants and bars.

There is no free/private parking space in this property. Guest can park on the dedicated parking areas on the street or using the nearby parking houses.



Check-in after 21.00 will be organized as a self check-in.
