Sol y Paz is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00
But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this cozy south-west facing apartment with a great location and just walking distance to all amenities around and the beach.
Upon entering you have the open planned living area with fully equipped kitchen. On the spacious terrace where you will find dinning table, BBQ and a lounge group to relax.
There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and with their own bathrooms. One of the bedroom has a sofa bed that is only recommended and useable for children or teenagers. In total this apartment have beds for 8 people to sleep devided in 3 bedrooms. This property has some spacious bedrooms but limited space of wardrobes, two of the bedroom offers 2 small fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom offers a drawer and a standing hanger for the clothes. In this room the fitted wardrobe id not available for use.
As it is located on the ground floor you can directly walk the the community garden and from there to the community pool. It is a great option for families looking for a comfortable and convenient base holiday in the heart of Marbella.
