The Gîte du Soleil dans la Ruelle is a quiet and peaceful accommodation located near Le Mans.

Live a unique and authentic experience in a friendly atmosphere.

A building of character, completely refurbished and renovated in 2023, which can accommodate up to 15 people.

Find a jacuzzi, a sauna, a swimming pool, a sports area, a fire pit, a billiards table, a table football, a home cinema, a barbecue ...

Thus, you will find an indoor wellness area, equipped with a jacuzzi with a capacity of 7 people, a sauna and a sports area which includes a rowing machine, a racing bike, dumbbells as well as fitness accessories, all in a Norwegian decoration.

From May, you can enjoy the swimming pool heated to 28° and its water games.

At the Gîte du Soleil dans la Ruelle, you can live an exceptional experience thanks to the buried terrace "Braséro".
The latter, which is dug into the ground, will make your summer and winter evenings unforgettable.
This terrace equipped with large benches has in its center a Braséro of the OFYR brand with which you can have a real culinary experience.
Indeed, it allows you to both gather around the fire to observe the stars but also to make a unique barbecue of its kind with all your loved ones around.

For fans of the classic barbecue, you will find a dedicated space in the interior courtyard with the Weber barbecue and its accessories.

You can monitor your cooking while sharing a game of pétanque on the ground, located near the Braséro and the barbecue area, which has lighting.

Thus, you will find a large relaxation lounge equipped with a wood stove, a billiard table, a home cinema, a library, comfortable sofas, a set of board games, all in an automotive decoration with a nod to the history of Le Mans.

You can also treat all your guests with a fully equipped open kitchen and a large table to accommodate your guests.

To make your task easier, you will have all the household appliances you need such as a dishwasher, raclette services, a plancha, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso and filter coffee machine... This large kitchen-dining room has the advantage of having a view of the interior courtyard and its heated swimming pool, as well as the landscaped garden and the forest near our cottage.

In the back kitchen, a washing machine and a large capacity dryer are at your disposal.

The Gîte has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 5 toilets.

Therefore, you will find 15 single beds with new French hotel bedding, measuring 90 cm x 200 cm and which can be assembled as a double bed in "King Size" format.
All linen is provided and the beds are ready for your arrival.

The bathrooms and toilets are all close to the different bedrooms.
We provide bath linen as well as hygiene products such as toilet paper, cotton wool, paper towels, etc.

A more "cocooning" space upstairs is also available.
Our mezzanine, a beautiful, quiet and suspended space, can accommodate you with its desk, armchairs and seats to withdraw for a moment or carry out some professional tasks.

The Gîte du Soleil dans la Ruelle is located on a private plot of 7,000 m2, secure, fully fenced and only accessible by a gate.
We welcome pets with pleasure, in safety and at no extra charge so that they too can have fun.

Concerned about respecting the environment, we have chosen to equip the accommodation with the principle of geothermal energy as heating.

All green spaces are maintained regularly.

We are committed to making you experience a moment out of time in a setting as close as possible to nature.

In order to facilitate accessibility, the gîte is equipped, as often as possible, with ramps instead of stairs.
