You are looking for a large house for 6 (or even 8 on request), in a preserved setting on the banks of the river with a private fishing pond of 2,500m²... Le Moulin de Gratte Sac is an estate on 2.5ha and a large house on the ground floor* with 3 bedrooms (9 to 12m²), a large living room (22m²) with fireplace (insert), a kitchen/dining room (31m²), a bathroom, a shower room and 2 toilets. Each room is opened by a French window or bay window opening onto a terrace.
The large south-east facing terrace opens up the view over the entire natural space, an enchantment!
Fisherman ? The body of water is full of fish: roach, perch, carp, pike... and trout in the Erve river. A fishing chalet equipped with a sink, refrigerator and basic fishing equipment, it is located between the river and the pond.
Your outings? You are close to the characterful town of Sainte-Suzanne (castle, park, museum, shops, restaurants and beautiful hikes) - Evron 6km away (basilica with recognized concerts, shops, markets, restaurants) - Saulges with its caves on the Prehistory theme (hiking, climbing, museum, restaurants). And access to 6 km of cycle paths... The owners will be able to guide you according to your desires.
Professional stay: 4 people maximum - obligatory cleaning fee per stay of 1 to 14 nights. At your disposal a large hangar with ping-pong table, bicycles of all sizes, with a floor for playing pétanque. The shed can accommodate several vehicles (including campervans)
To complete your leisure activities, numerous indoor board games and outdoor family games (Mölky, rackets, ball, etc.). Deck chairs - Garden furniture - 2 barbecues: 1 gas and 1 charcoal
