In a pretty village in the heart of the vineyard, renowned for the elegance of its wines, gîte fitted out above a vat room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Kitchen. Large living room. 3 bedrooms, including 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with 1 single bed. Bathroom. 2 toilets. Central heating (heat pump). Large covered terrace, glazed on the 1st floor, enclosed grounds.

Parking for a small car in the owners' enclosed courtyard and parking on the village square about 60 meters from the gîte. You will also have the possibility to park your bikes in the shed. Wifi internet access.

Cycle route through the vineyard between Beaune and Santenay. Beaune, beach side: 14,000 m² of beaches. The nearest shops are in Pommard 1 km away through the vineyards, and Meursault 2 km away.

Baby equipment: 2 baby beds and 1 high chair will be available in the gîte.

The owner accepts 1 animal maximum.
