Upstairs: 4 double bedrooms (140x190 cm beds), and 1 bedroom (bunk beds), 2 shower rooms with toilet. Baby equipment: 1 baby bed, high chair, changing mat and small bathtub.

1 small pet allowed with a deposit of €20. The farm animals will delight young and old: goats, sheep, pigs, donkeys and poultry. 5 parking spaces next to the cottage.

To visit: Sens with its Gothic cathedral, Joigny, city of art and history, the vineyards of Burgundy (Chablis, Irancy, Epineuil) and Champagne (Montgueux) about 60 km away.

Charges and options: Sheets, towels, oil central heating, electricity and cleaning included in the rental price. Wood for the fireplace in supplement 5€. If necessary a cleaning supplement of 76€ can be requested.
