Description of the accommodation

Gîte adjoining the owners' house located in an old farm.
Independent access from the main road (passing road).

Entrance through the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, Senseo pod and filter coffee makers, 4 induction hobs.
A bathroom with walk-in shower 1x1.15m, double sink and washing machine. WC.
A living room with sofa bed, 130cm TV. WIFI (fiber).

Upstairs, access by a spiral staircase. A bedroom with two 90x200cm beds (possibility of a 180x200cm bed), and a bedroom with a 180x200cm bed.

High chair and baby bed available.

20m² courtyard with terrace, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Possibility of parking in the courtyard (under construction).
The owners offer facilities to accommodate 4 riders with their horses in the stable for an equestrian stopover (no equestrian lessons, no equestrian boarding).

ALL-INCLUSIVE Gîte (energy charges, sheets, towels and departure cleaning). The Pays de Mormal is an area with an exceptional natural and cultural heritage. Gateway to the Avesnois Regional Natural Park, its bocage landscape is an invitation to discovery. A true biodiversity reserve, it offers nature lovers a privileged place to listen to and observe the fauna and flora. It is home to the only deer population in the department, but many species can be observed and listened to: wild boar, fox, squirrel, roe deer, jay, owl, etc. The Mormal forest is also the ideal playground for sports and nature lovers. On the cycle route, for children there is a leisure center in the town of Le Quesnoy.
