Le Nid du Marais is an old renovated farmhouse located near the owners' house, in a quiet area, on the edge of the marsh and 12 km from the beaches.
Terrace and private garden of 150 m² facing south/east, part of which is enclosed. Parking on the property.
Single storey: kitchenette open to living room/lounge with BZ (140x190), 1 bedroom (160X200 bed) and adjoining shower room/wc (door height 1.67 m).
Additional equipment: wifi, radio/CD, baby bed/chair on request.
Included: electricity, heating, electricity and sheets.
Not included: towels (7€/pers.), cleaning fee and tourist tax.
