In the heart of the Breton marshes bathed in nature total rest Old detached barn completely renovated with passion, located near the owners' house, in the heart of the typical landscape of the Marais Bretons. Pond at the foot of the gîte terrace (partially secure) which is shared by the owners, unfenced outdoor space of 1 hectare, with superb views of the marshes. Small private terrace on the kitchen side.
Ground floor: living room/living room with open workshop-style fitted kitchen (induction hob).
Floor: 2 bedrooms each with shower room/wc (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 3 90x190 beds). Washing machine and dryer in outdoor room.
Above ground swimming pool shared with the owners open from May to September 15
Additional equipment: wifi, pinball machine, DVD player, radio/CD, baby equipment.
