Located 300 m from the Allier river, this gîte is housed in a beautiful character house including another gîte (H43G006297) with entrance and independent and opposite outdoor spaces (back to back). Its location is ideal for lovers of fishing, relaxing along the river 200 m away (unsupervised swimming) and relaxing on a pleasant sheltered terrace (20 m²).

The cottage has a garage, an enclosed courtyard of 75 m² with a paved terrace of 20 m².

2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 140 cm bed), 1 bedroom (3 90 cm beds), 1 bedroom (1 90 cm bed), bathroom, toilet.

Oil central heating at an additional cost depending on consumption from October 15 to May 15.

A cleaning deposit of €80 will be required if you have not taken the cleaning option. (Mandatory cleaning at €90 for professionals)
