This large independent house is ideal for welcoming families and friends while offering a breathtaking view of the castle of St-Ilpize on its rocky promontory. You will be enchanted by the beauty of the Gorges de l'Allier (the river flows 200 m below) as well as by the Mediterranean architecture of the small perched villages.

Outside the gîte, you will enjoy the open courtyard and its lime tree. The entrance is via a few steps (direct access to the 1st floor) while the ground floor includes an association room (creative leisure) occupied 1 half-day per week.

Nearby: unsupervised swimming at 200 m, tennis at 1.5 km, Lavoûte-Chilhac at 9 km (Clunisian priory, bridge over the Allier), Chilhac at 14 km (medieval village, museum of paleontology, basaltic organs), Brioude 14 km (basilica, hotel de lalace, old quarters, salmon house, all shops and services). The 1st level of the cottage consists of a large living room with lounge area (TV) and kitchen area, a bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom and separate toilet.

On the upper floor, a large mezzanine is fitted out in such a way as to accommodate 4 beds (4 single beds) and you will have 2 closed bedrooms with 1 double bed each and a separate shower room with wc.

Cleaning service offered: €50 (an equivalent deposit will be requested on arrival).
