We have designed and equipped our apartment with great care to offer a cozy and enjoyable environment for your stay with your family or your friends. It is located in a brand new, quiet residence with an elevator, and ideally located: in 5 minutes by foot you will reach the pedestrian street and the village center. The swimming pool, ice rink, cinema, bowling alley and casino are within a 10-minute walk. In winter, the free shuttle bus will pick-you up in front of the residence, to take you to the alpine ski slopes in 15 minutes, to the sledging slopes in 5 minutes and to the Nordic ski slopes in 20 minutes.
Our apartment consists of a spacious living room that opens onto a large wooden terrace, facing south, where you can bask in the sun while enjoying the mountain view.
As we love cooking, we furnished the kitchen with everything you need to prepare good meals: induction range-top, a large fridge and freezer, a multi-function oven, a microwave, a hand-mixer, a dishwasher, etc., not to mention the toaster for your breakfast bread, and the raclette machine for your after-ski parties.
For your nights, priority is given to cocooning. We have chosen high quality bedding with memory-foam mattresses and cozy duvets. You will have a parental room with a double bed, and a room to share for children and friends, with a double bed and two bunk beds.
The bathroom with an Italian shower and separate toilets complete the apartment.
To make your life easier, a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal, a parking space is reserved for you, and a ski and bicycle room is located on the ground floor of the residence.

Villard de Lans is a mountain village and resort labelled Famille Plus. It offers many facilities and activities for children. Concerts, sporting, cultural or gastronomic events punctuate the seasons, and many facilities are at your disposal in the village or in the neighboring villages (tennis courts, beach volley courts, toboggan runs, biathlon practice, roller-ski track, golf course, cinema, casino, ice rink, wave pool, toy library, etc.)
The gourmands are not forgotten. The village is full of restaurants where you can taste the region's specialties. The surrounding farms offer local products for direct sale, and a farmers’ market is held twice a week in the center of the Village
