Le Pré du chausson, in Burgundy between Auxerre and Dijon, in a small quiet and picturesque village at the gateway to the Morvan Regional Park. Old house renovated in the traditional local style with exposed stone interior walls, ceiling beams, half-timbering and original floor tiles. You will find all modern comforts.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen, dining room, living room with wood stove opening onto a large terrace, laundry room, toilet.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, for the 1st a 160 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed. For the 2nd 2 90 cm beds, 1 baby bed. Large bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet. Electric heating.

Private enclosed parking, courtyard and garden. 2 grassy terraces. Pets are not allowed.

Panoramic view of the wooded hills of the Morvan and the Serein valley, facing south. Land of 1000 m². Ping-pong table. Châteaux of Époisses, Vauban, Abbeys of Fontenay, La Pierre qui Vire, listed villages of Vézelay, Noyers sur Serein, Flavigny, Semur en Auxois, Avallon, Saulieu.
