A beautiful large garden surrounding the house made up of outdoor lounges and relaxation areas between the pine trees. You will be a stone's throw from the beach, 7 minutes on foot, accessible by the well-served cycle paths in the surrounding area. But also close to shops and restaurants, 5 minutes on foot, while being located in a quiet street. The main house has two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm double bed with an adjoining bathroom and a second with the option of two 90 cm beds or a double bed by joining them. A bathroom and separate WC. You can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with access to one of the outdoor terraces but also to the dining space which opens onto the other terrace.

You also have an outbuilding made up of two bedrooms with double beds 140 sharing a bathroom with WC. Directly opening onto the garden with another outdoor space equipped for early breakfasts as well as evening barbecues.
