On the edge of the Yèvre and the Berry canal, very comfortable gîte with a contemporary design, housed in an old boat barn - Terraces (garden furniture, barbecue) with magnificent views of the river - Private 6x3 above-ground swimming pool open from June to the end of August - Games area (swing, trampoline) and hanging cabin of 6 m² in the wooded part of the enclosed grounds of 1300 m² - Private parking - 10 minutes walk from the city center, you will be seduced by this low consumption house - Ground floor: large living room with lounge areas and integrated and equipped kitchen - 1 beautiful bedroom (160 cm bed) with direct access to the passageway along the water and 1 bedroom (140 cm bed) - Shower room/wc - Floor: 1 bedroom FOR CHILDREN on the slope (1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed) - High chair available - All-inclusive price (except tourist tax): beds made on arrival, bathroom linen, cleaning, heating.
