This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Spacious, quiet and fenced house with a large garden, ideal for relaxing. Close to beautiful walks in the forest and along the canal. Communal pétanque and tennis courts 20 m away. Gîte located 1h30 from Paris, 45 min from Orléans, 25 min from Montargis, Gien and the Dampierre nuclear power plant.
Many activities and visits in the surrounding area: the Château de Sully-sur-Loire (20 min away), the Belvédère des Caillettes, walks on La Belle de Grignon, an emblematic boat of the Canal d'Orléans...

An ideal place for a peaceful getaway in the countryside, while remaining close to various activities. On the ground floor, a living/dining room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, accessible by three steps, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a games area and office on the landing, a bedroom with two single beds, one 90x190 cm and the other 80x190 cm (bedroom window overlooking the landing and not the outside) and a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed.
