Description of the accommodation

Villa Eva is located in the quiet urbanization of Aiguaviva, just 15 minutes by car from Lloret de Mar. Villa Eva is composed of 2 floors, main floor with large kitchen, spacious living room with large terrace, 2 double bedrooms (150 x 200 beds) and large bathroom with hydromassage bathtub, exit to the garden with large covered barbecue area and outdoor chillout area and access to the pool from the garden. On the upper floor we find a spacious recreation room with a trundle bed (90 x 200 beds), ideal for the young people of the family, a room with a trundle bed for 2 people (90 x 190 beds), a bathroom with shower and a closed terrace ideal to relax. In the garden area, we find a 28 m2 pool with a solarium. In total the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 double and 2 with a trundle bed for 2 people each. In total it is for 8 people. There are 2 bathrooms, the main one with a spa bath and the second one on the upper floor with a shower. In the dining room there is a 55 "television with smart TV, there is Netflix and Movistar plus, on the upper floor there is a 40" television with PS3 console and includes 8 games, apart from there are various board games. There is a terrace with access from the dining room of 26 m2, and a covered barbecue area of 55 m2, the total garden is about 370 m2. This fantastic property is located in the urbanization of Aiguaviva Parc, in Vidreres. This urbanization is located between Vidreres and Lloret de Mar. The location is unbeatable, the property is just 10 minutes from the Costa Brava, 20 minutes from Girona airport and 15 minutes from Caldes de Malavella train station.
