If you are looking for authenticity, nature and culture, the Perche is renowned for its hilly landscapes, and is full of riches: mansions, churches, horses, flea markets, local products, hikes, golf...⛳️ (3 km) .
The owners are initiated to golf and offer you the necessary equipment and advice free of charge! So don't hesitate When you arrive on the premises, you will have access to parking spaces just in front of the gîte.
* On the ground floor is a kitchen equipped with the necessary with oven, microwave, refrigerator, cookware / a bathroom with shower cubicle and WC / A living room with fireplace insert (wood available) armchairs relaxation and games / a dining room / openings on the other side of the main facade giving you access to the private garden (barbecue, garden furniture, and sunbathing to fully enjoy the peaceful countryside).
