Le Pressoir is a semi-detached village cottage, located 2 steps from the river and the Sèvre park (restaurants 150 m away) and 10 km from Nantes. Free public parking next to the cottage. Small outdoor space accessible from the 1st floor of the house.
Access to the cottage by 2 steps. Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to living room/dining room with sofa bed (140x200) and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (140x200 bed) and shower room/toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, baby bed/chair on request.
Included: sheets.
Not included: electricity, electric heating, towels and tourist tax.
