Le Pressoir is a semi-detached village gîte, located a stone's throw from the river and the Sèvre park (restaurants 150 m away) and 10 km from Nantes. Free public parking next to the gîte. Small outdoor space accessible from the 1st floor of the house.
Access to the gîte via 2 steps. Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to living room with sofa bed (140x200) and separate WC.
Floor: 1 bedroom (140x200 bed) and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, baby bed/chair on request.
Included: sheets.
Not included: electricity, electric heating, bathroom linen and tourist tax.
