My Home Connexion offers you for rent this pretty 1930s house renovated to the taste of the day. Just 10 minutes by car from the village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and close to Avignon and its activities (Avignon festival, Palais des Papes, museums, ramparts...), here you are in your holiday home. Upon entering we have a beautiful living room with air-conditioned lounge, dining room, a magnificent fully equipped kitchen. 3 double bedrooms and a bedroom with 4 beds make up this house as well as 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. We end the visit outside where you can relax on the terrace by the pool while sipping a cold drink in the shade of the magnificent plane tree or play pétanque with friends or family with the song of the cicadas in the background, there is no doubt you have arrived in Provence. A little extra for the children a cabin at the bottom of the garden is set up to play and let their imagination run wild! And little extras for the older ones: a large parking lot that can accommodate 4 cars.

A lump sum may be retained from the security deposit if the trash has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures at entry and if linen is missing.
