Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed, baby bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 mezzanine bedroom with access to miller's staircase (4 single beds), shower room (shower/toilet). Electric heating and pellet stove. Terraced garden, veranda, playground, 2 ping-pong tables, volleyball net, small stream on site (breach). Indoor heated swimming pool (semi-buried) all year round, shared with the other gîtes on the property 8m x 4m; from 1 m35 to 2 m deep). Swimming pool protected by a glass room closed with a key available to adults (including a changing cabin).
