You will have a first sleeping area with two bedrooms each composed of a 140x190 bed. Near the bedrooms is a bathroom with Italian shower and double sink as well as separate toilets. A second sleeping area is available to you in the other wing of the house, with a bedroom composed of a 140x190 bed and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.
Baby equipment on request: a baby bath, a travel cot, a high chair. Sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning included, electricity and heating. Spa: 50 euros / week Between Bergerac and Saint-Emilion, come and recharge your batteries in this house restored with pleasure by Martine and Jean-Louis. You will appreciate the two terraces: a terrace to the west with a garden furniture and a covered patio with two armchairs. The second terrace is located at the back of the house to the east and has a garden furniture, relaxation lounge, barbecue and awning.
The swimming pool shared with the owners is available at their home (garden adjoining the cottage). It is open from June to the end of September, heated, with bromine, 8.40mx4m and 1.50m deep, and secured by a fence.
In addition, it is possible to enjoy a private jacuzzi in the veranda inside the cottage (accessible only on request, paying).
