Description of the accommodation

Charming tufa stone house located in a wine-growing village in the Saumur region and its troglodytes. Ideal for a stay for two, you will be 5 minutes from Montreuil Bellay Castle, 10 minutes from Doué-la-Fontaine and 25 minutes from Fontevraud Abbey. On the agenda for your stay: visit to wine estates, walks in the villages on the banks of the Loire (Montsoreau, Turquant, etc.) and discovery of troglodytes.

The cottage is spread over two levels:
- On the ground floor: living room with convertible sofa (extra bed 160cm), wood stove and large television (many channels, Netflix, etc.), equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, ...) and dining area.
- Upstairs: mezzanine bedroom of 23m² with a large 180x200cm bed serving the bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit, hairdryer) and a separate toilet.

Outside: private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Access to the gîte is via a shared entrance with the neighbor.

Grocery store with bread store 400m walk from the gîte. Shops and supermarket 5km away - Wifi fiber internet connection - Beds made on arrival and towels provided - End of stay cleaning extra (45€) - Parking in front of the gîte - No washing machine in the gîte, laundry automatic at 6km.
