In a former 19th century family farm, completely renovated, with a view of the Palais Briau, the Ficheterie gîte, adjoining the owners' second home, is located 500 m from the banks of the Loire, 14 km from Ancenis and 55 km from Nantes (by direct train in 26 min from the station located 100 m from the gîte). Many hiking trails nearby.
Country atmosphere for this enclosed garden of 500 m² with an outbuilding with ping-pong table. Private parking in the property + covered carport.
Ground floor: spacious living room with open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (160x200 bed), shower room, separate toilet and laundry room.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 90x200 beds) and bathroom with sink and toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi (fiber coming soon), travel cot and high chair for baby.
Included: sheets (beds made on arrival) and towels.
