In the quiet of the bocage, 35 km from Angers and 5 km from the Loire, this independent barn, located near the owners' house, is renovated with respect for heritage and the environment (Ecogîte label). Private enclosed garden of 300 m² with south-facing terrace, and large natural space around the gîte. Salt-water swimming pool heated from mid-May to the end of September (shared with the owners, dimensions 10x5m).
Ground floor: living room with open fitted kitchen (wood stove), TV lounge, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), shower room/WC accessible to people with reduced mobility. Upstairs: 1 large bedroom (4 90x190 beds, 2 of which can be twinned), shower room/WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, baby equipment (cot, bathtub and high chair).
Included: sheets (beds made), electricity, aerothermal heating (underfloor heating).
Not included: wood (stove - €10/crate of wood), towels (€5/person) and cleaning fee (mandatory for professional customers - €90).
