At the crossroads between Ancenis, Nantes and Châteaubriant, in the heart of nature 300 m from the Erdre (fishing possible), peace and quiet await you in this renovated independent traditional house, mixing old and new. Large area of 1 ha around the cottage with sheep and goats, including a private enclosed garden of 470 m² with south-facing terrace and superb view of the valley.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen/living room, separate open lounge, shower room, separate toilet and laundry room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed + 90x190 bed, 2 and 3: 2 twin 90x200 beds), bathroom/wc and mezzanine (extra 90x190 bed).
Additional equipment: wifi, tumble dryer, small freezer, complete baby equipment.
Included: sheets.
Not included: electricity, electric heating, towels and cleaning fee (mandatory for professional customers - €90).
