Cozy apartment in the center of Valencia. With an exquisite decoration, you can enjoy its wonderful terrace, bright and quiet. Located in the heart of the city, near the North Station, and well connected with the beaches of Valencia. The apartment has free wifi high speed and air conditioning.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one single. A spacious living room with open kitchen including all appliances. The property also features 1 bathroom with 4 pieces with shower and a large terrace in the inner area of the building that is prepared with a dining area and a rest, which is ready to enjoy.

The surroundings of Calle Pelayo is known for its Fallas tradition, for its historical "Trinquete" (space for the game of handball) inside the ratchet is a very popular restaurant for the quality of its paellas and other dishes typical of Valencian gastronomy. Pelayo street is also known for being an area of bazaars, supermarkets, restaurants and other businesses in the Chinese community in Valencia.

A great place to stay in Valencia. The apartment is spacious, clean & very comfortable - it had everything we needed. The host was super responsive. My family of 5 had a very comfortable stay here for 3 nights. The location is great - quiet and at walking distance from both the old town & Rusafa. Highly recommend!

We had a nice stay at MD Rentals. The location of the apartment is great - you can walk everywhere and it’s close to all main activities.
