The 13 vents cottage, in the heart of Anjou, has a magnificent view of the vineyards of the Layon Valley! Warm atmosphere and comfort guaranteed in this cottage in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné (Val-du-Layon) with 4 bedrooms and private shower room.

In the heart of the Anjou vineyards, you will benefit from a privileged location to taste a good vintage in one of the surrounding wine estates (Quarts de Chaume, Savennières, ...), crisscross the villages on the banks of the Loire less than 10 minutes away (Chalonnes sur Loire, the island of Béhuard, ...) or hike through the vineyards (GR3 1.5km away, 9km hike 1km from the cottage).

The cottage is located in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné, 25 minutes from Angers, 1 hour 10 minutes from Nantes and its famous machines and 50 minutes from Saumur, the capital of horse riding.

Large living room of 87m² with bay windows with wood stove and two staircases each leading to two bedrooms. Equipped kitchen (oven, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). Laundry room with washing machine and separate toilet. Upstairs, each bedroom has a shower room (with hairdryer) and a separate toilet (2 modular 80x200cm beds). Beautiful south-east facing terrace and its private 2000m² garden bordered by vines. A sauna, located outside, also allows you to enjoy moments of well-being in peace (extra charge of €30 for stays up to 6 nights then €50 from 7 nights).
