Description of the accommodation

The 13 Vents cottage, in the heart of Anjou, boasts a magnificent view of the vineyards of the Layon Valley! A warm atmosphere and comfort are guaranteed in this 4-bedroom cottage in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné (Val-du-Layon) with its private shower room.

In the heart of the Anjou vineyards, you'll enjoy a privileged location to enjoy a fine wine at one of the surrounding wineries (Quarts de Chaume, Savennières, etc.), explore the villages along the banks of the Loire less than 10 minutes away (Chalonnes-sur-Loire, Île de Béhuard, etc.), or hike through the vineyards (GR3 hiking trail 1.5 km away, 9 km hike 1 km from the cottage).

The cottage is located in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné, 25 minutes from Angers, 1 hour 10 minutes from Nantes and its famous horse-riding machines, and 50 minutes from Saumur, the equestrian capital.

A large 87m² living room with bay windows and a wood-burning stove features two staircases leading to the four bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) is featured. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a separate toilet. Upstairs, each bedroom has a shower room (with a hairdryer) and a separate toilet (two 80x200cm modular beds). The beautiful southeast-facing terrace and its 2000m² private garden bordered by vineyards are also accessible. An outdoor sauna also offers quiet moments of well-being (€30 extra for stays up to 6 nights, then €50 for stays of 7 nights or more).

Jean-Philippe and Eve, neighbors of the cottage, will be happy to share their favorite places and advice on the surrounding wineries.

Shops are 3.5 km away (bakery, supermarket, butcher, tobacconist, newsagent, etc.) - Activities are a 5-minute drive away: swimming pool and beach (open in summer), canoeing on the Louet River, fishing.

Internet connection via 4G router - Wood included for the wood-burning stove - Cleaning and towels are available at an additional cost - Baby equipment is provided (crib and high chair)

La maison était parfaite! La restauration de cette maison ancienne a été réalisée avec goût et offre tout le confort recherché, la sensibilité artistique des propriétaire se retrouve dans leurs choix d aménagements décoratifs jamais ostentatoires et toujours avec une élégance discrète alliant un savant dosage réussi entre cocooning et modernité.Les propriétaires sont charmants et tout à fait ouvert à l échange tout en restant attentifs à ne jamais s imposer.Enfin la maison situé sur le haut d’une butte vous offrira un panorama sur les vignes environnantes , orienté plein sud le soleil vous accompagnera du matin au soir et vous pourrez ainsi profiter de couchez de soleils dont nous ne sommes pas lassé de la semaine .Nous recommandons la maison et les propriétaires qui ont été un vrai coup de cœur.
