Gîte located in a small town, very quiet, surrounded by forests, small communal play park 300 meters away.
Shops 10 minutes away in Badonviller and Baccarat.
The Pierre-Percée lake is also 10 minutes away with various water activities and Aventure Parc (tree climbing course, zip line and bungee jumping). Gite on the first floor of a terraced house.
The entrance is designed to store coats and shoes.
Access to the main level via a spiral staircase.
1st floor: living room of 55 m² with open fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge area.
Shower room with separate WC inside.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms of 7 m² under 1.80 meters (12 m² on the floor) with 1 double bed in one and 2 single beds in the other.
Mezzanine with convertible sofa and games area.
The cottage is perfectly suited for young children, it offers stair gates, a wooden baby bed, a high chair, a plastic bathtub and a stroller.
A fan and air conditioning are available.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed and bathroom linen for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash cans), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption.
