Outside, you will have a terrace and an enclosed and private garden with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs. On site: pétanque, ping-pong table, badminton, football goal. Private and secure parking. To make the most of your stay, sheets will be provided, charges included (subject to good behavior) and end-of-stay cleaning is extra. In Mailly le Camp (5 km), you will find all the amenities: restaurant, newsagent, garage, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdresser, butcher, ... The Gite du Cerf is ideally located between Troyes and Reims, Épernay, Chalons en Champagne, in a small peaceful village, about 10 minutes from the A 26 motorway. Estelle and Jérôme have renovated this building to allow reunions with friends or family, set up on a plot of almost one hectare (shared with the Gîte des Marronniers). You will appreciate the wooded park, its fruit trees, bordered by the river L'huitrelle.
The entrance to the cottage is from the inside of the courtyard, door opening onto the condemned street, a very little used road.
