Description of the accommodation
On the ground floor: living room composed of a living room, a dining room, an equipped kitchen, open to share as many moments as possible together. A bedroom with 4 single beds (90 x 200 cm) which can be pushed together into 2 double beds, a bathroom, toilet. Upstairs, two twin bedrooms (2 90 x 200 cm beds that can be combined into 1 180 x 200 cm bed), two single bedrooms (1 90 x 200 cm bed), bathroom, toilet. Outside, you will have a terrace and a private enclosed garden with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs. On site: pétanque, ping-pong table, badminton, football goal. Private and secure parking. To make the most of your stay, sheets will be provided, charges included (subject to good family behavior) and end-of-stay cleaning is extra. In Mailly le Camp (5 km), you will find all the amenities: restaurant, press, car garage, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdresser, butcher, ... Le Gite du Cerf is ideally located between Troyes and Reims, Épernay, Chalons en Champagne , in a small peaceful village, about 10 minutes from the A 26 motorway. Estelle and Jérôme renovated this building to allow reunions with friends or family, set on land of almost one hectare (shared with the Gîte des Marronniers). You will appreciate the wooded park, its fruit trees, bordered by the L'huitrelle river.
The entrance to the gîte is through the interior of the courtyard, door opening onto the condemned street, a road with very little traffic.
The price includes: Heating, electricity, sheets, wifi.
The price does not include: Bathroom linen (7€ / person), animal supplement (5€ / animal / day) Cleaning package at 90€.
