Description of the accommodation
On the ground floor: living room consisting of a lounge area, dining room, an equipped kitchen, open to share as many moments together as possible, a master bedroom with private bathroom, separate toilet. Upstairs, you will have reversible air conditioning. Relaxation/reading area on the mezzanine, two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, shower room, toilet with hand basin.
Outside, you will have a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs.
On site: pétanque, ping-pong table, badminton, football goal. Private and secure parking. Beds made, charges included (subject to normal consumption) and end-of-stay cleaning at extra cost. A games/entertainment room is offered as an option (150€/stay) upstairs: sofas, table football, board games, drawing/coloring area, herbal tea room. The Gite des Marronniers is ideally located between Troyes and Reims, Épernay, Chalons en Champagne, in a small peaceful village, about 10 minutes from the A 26 motorway. Estelle and Jérôme have renovated this old building to allow reunions with friends or as a family, set on open land of almost one hectare to share with another gite. You will appreciate the wooded park, its fruit trees, bordered by the L'huitrelle river (unsecured access). You will have the possibility to rent the Gite du Cerf located on the same property and which can accommodate 10 people. In Mailly le Camp (5 km), you will find all the amenities: restaurant, press, car garage, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdresser, butcher, ... EXTERIORS UNDER DEVELOPMENT.
The price includes: Heating, electricity (subject to reasonable consumption), sheets, wifi.
The price does not include: Bathroom linen (7€ / person), Cleaning package at 90€.
