In the peaceful village of Trizay-Coutretot-Saint-Serge, whose town is classified 2 flowers, Center, France, this semi-detached house of 78 m2 is ideal for a stay for 5 thanks to its 3 bedrooms.
Its location and only 12 minutes from Nogent le Rotrou and its Castle Museum of the Counts of Perche, and so many activities: Canoeing Horse riding Golf Swimming Pool Fishing Tennis and hiking in the Perche landscapes, between woods, meadows, valleys and hills Semi-detached house (78 m²) in a village, including:

Kitchen/living room/dining room with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fireplace, TV, wifi, and sofa bed

Upstairs :

Electric heating (supplement according to consumption). Customers must bring their own linens and towels.
Pets allowed (fence with a 1m high fence).
