1 hour south of Paris, an old barn has been renovated into a large, very comfortable gîte, the exposed stone and beams make it a beautiful country house. The house is located in a hamlet, quiet with a clear view of the plain, close to the owners but independent, enclosed garden. Access by A. 77, 10 km from Montargis, Ferrières, in the heart of Gâtinais with many day trips. GROUND FLOOR: living room, lounge area and open fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with 2 90x190 beds and one bedroom with 1 140x190 bed), shower room (walk-in shower, sink), separate toilet.

FIRST FLOOR: mezzanine area with office, 2 bedrooms (1 140 bed, 2 90 beds), shower room, separate toilet.

OUTSIDE, you will have an enclosed plot with private terrace and garden furniture, barbecue, children's swing. Parking for your vehicle on the property (access via a gate).

3 adult bicycles are available to the owner.

Electricity and heating included. Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Towels for hire at an additional cost. Cleaning fee at an additional cost, mandatory for companies at €60. No facilities for people with reduced mobility.
