From the living room, descent to a wooden terrace with garden furniture in the private enclosed garden.
Upstairs: two bedrooms each with a 140x190 bed and bathroom, accessible by a steep staircase. Low, through beams in the bedrooms.
Bed sheets provided, beds made on arrival. Fiber internet connection. Baby equipment: baby bed, bath, high chair.
Exterior: private enclosed space of 120m² including 80m² of garden. Cellar accessible from the garden with 2 bikes, barbecue. Parking on site.
Home catering: “La Crunchette”, on request. House adjoining another house, without any vis-à-vis. Old stone sink, cellar, exposed beams and frames have been highlighted. Ideally located for visiting Angoulême, capital of comics, and on the Périgord road.
