Description of the accommodation

Single storey gîte, adjoining the owners' house, located in a charming hamlet. Enclosed grounds of 120 m² and shared park of 5000 m². 6 bikes (3 adults/3 children) with children's cart, slide, swing, football goal and badminton available.
Living room with sofa bed (fireplace present but not usable), separate fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 90x190), shower room, separate toilet.
Equipment included: freezer, DVD player, Hifi system, Wifi access, complete baby equipment.
Included: electric heating (30 kWh/day).
Not included: sheets, towels/household linen and end-of-stay cleaning.
Lake Grand Lieu 12 km away.

Le séjour s est tres bien passé la location est au calme spacieuse avec un petit bout de jardin idéal pour le barbecue ou pour se détendreles hôtes sont vraiment charmants et accueillants
