The garden is completely enclosed and has two private parking spaces at the rear of the house. It has been completely restored and will offer you all the necessary comfort. Sheets, bathroom linen, household linen and electric heating are included in the price. Completely on one level, it is composed of: living room/lounge and open kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 1.40 m bed + television, 1 bedroom with 2 0.80 m beds (can be combined into 1 1.60 m bed) + television, bathroom (with washing machine), separate toilet. Non-smoking accommodation. Paying animals: €70/animal. The Gîte de Montgenet is located between Chambord and Cheverny, 10 minutes from each of these two castles and 35 minutes from the magnificent ZooParc de Beauval. It is ideally located for visiting the great Châteaux of the Loire more generally (Royal Castle of Blois 20 minutes, Amboise 40 minutes, Chenonceau 45 minutes). You can also enjoy local gastronomy with the Vineyards of Cheverny, strawberries and asparagus from Sologne. Located on the edge of forest properties, the location is also ideal for listening to the roar of the deer from the end of August and going for a bike ride (nearby trails and Loire cycle route). The town of Bracieux is located 3km away and has all the local shops: bakery, butcher, tobacconist, pharmacy, doctors. In a typical Sologne house, our gîte will seduce you with its exposed beams and old tiles. It is located in a quiet street, with little traffic and far from the main road.
