Gîte (160 m²) set up in an old farmhouse in a rural environment with excellent accessibility (N4 Nancy Paris exit 1 km), 3 km from Toul (Saint Etienne Cathedral, Museum of Art and History, Saint Gengout Church) and close to the Côtes de Toul and its vineyard. Nancy city center (Place Stanislas, museums) is only 1/2 hour away (26 km). Independent entrance. Ground floor: lounge and living room (52 m²), TV, DVD player, wood stove, equipped kitchen, separate toilet. 2 shower rooms, one with toilet inside.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms + a room opening onto the corridor (1 bed 140x190 and 4 beds 90x190). Sheets provided, beds made on arrival. Wood pellet central heating, price all charges included. Wifi internet access. Private terrace, shared grounds of 1000 m². Baby bed and high chair available.
