The communal area has a picnic area and showers that can be used to cool off after the beach before going up to the apartment. Smoking and pets are prohibited in the apartment, as well as celebrating parties. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building without an elevator. This apartment is in one of the best areas of the beach, it is a couple minutes walk to the beach and port and a 10 minute walk to the train station and historic and commercial center of the town. 490 meters away there is a supermarket. On the promenade you will find restaurants and bars to enjoy delicious Mediterranean cuisine. Enjoy your holidays in an ideal environment for families! Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
