Description of the accommodation

AT051 [hidden] de Mar: This semi-detached house is located in a new complex 100
meters from the beach La Paella in Torredembarra. The house has a terrace with
garden furniture surrounded by grass with an access to the community pool (open
from June to September) area with nice views of the harbor and the
Mediterranean Sea. The house has 3 floors. There are the living room with
access to the terrace, modern well equipped kitchen and a toilet on the ground
floor. On the first floor are distributed 3 double bedrooms (one with a double
bed, another bedroom with 2 individuals beds and third with a pull-out bed that
converts into a double bed) with 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a
shower). And upstairs there is a room with a double bed, bathroom and a
terrace. The house has air conditioning in all rooms. The car can be parked
inside the communal parking in the private garage that communicates with the
house. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26
are not accepted.
