AT014 Villes del Mar: This semi-detached house is located in a modern complex 150 meters from the beach La Paella in Torredembarra. The house on a corner and has a terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs for 8 people + sunbeds) and retractable awning. A tiled path leads to the communal pool area (open from June to September) with beautiful views of the Harbor and the Mediterranean Sea. The house has 3 floors. There's a living room with an exit to the terrace, a very well equipped modern kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor. The two upper floors are distributed in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one with bath and 2 with shower). The house has air conditioning in the all rooms. The car can be parked inside the communal parking in the private garage that communicates with the house. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
