Between the Sologne forest and the Loire Valley, in a quiet and wooded environment, on a farm, independent gîte restored with authenticity near the owner's house. Close to hiking trails, 15 minutes from the Château de La Ferté-St-Aubin and the Château de Sully-sur-Loire and 30 minutes from Orléans. Ground floor: living room, equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 cm and a separate toilet.

Upstairs: a bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 (close together or separate) and a bathroom.

Shared land with games for children (slide and swing) and a pond for fishermen.
