Dual aspect 45m² apartment in Le Bollin residence with separate double bedroom and good views, rented Sunday to Sunday in the winter season to avoid the heavy Saturday traffic.
Easy walking distance to nearby commerces and the main snowfront. Depending on snow conditions, it is possible to put your skis on outside the entrance and ski down the path to the Fresse, Lanches and Funicular lifts. Entrance hall with storage and bathroom, the open plan kitchen is modern and equipped with small fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The living/dining area is light and airy thanks to 3 different sets of windows (south, west and north facing!). Sofa, dining table & chairs. The decent sized balcony offers stunning views across the Grande Motte range and the slopes.

*Double sofa bed for n the living room (160 cm) and a single matress on the other sofa too
*Bedroom has with a 160cm kingsize double bed and wardrobe.
