The Bec Rouge residence is located in the heart of Tignes le Lac, nearby all amenties (ski rentals, bar, restaurant, supermarket, post office and the medical center). South facing with a ski in/out access and closed to ski schools meeting point. You will enjoy a nice overview for apartments located on upper floors.

un hébergement tout confort dans un cadre très agréable, naturel et tranquille : un havre de paix

"Appartement très agréable et pratique pour le ski en famille à Tignes L&#39,appartement est idéalement situé un peu en retrait de la route. La vue est super sympa sur les montagnes. Le balcon est agréable et quand il fait beau, le soleil rechauffe grandement et l&#39,appartement est lumineux. Le retour du ski se fait skis aux pieds depuis la piste qui passe juste devant l&#39,entrée du bâtiment et tout est bien organisé pour faciliter cela, le hall avec ses 2 bancs pour changer les chaussures de ski et les casiers à skis juste à côté. L&#39,accès pour décharger ses affaires le jour de l&#39,arrivée se fait sous le bâtiment grâce à un tunnel, hauteur limitée à 2 mètres. Le jour du départ, c&#39,est aussi pratique de tout charger ainsi, surtout s&#39,il neige! Il y a un gardien dans chaque montée d&#39,ascenseur mais le mieux est d&#39,avoir un badge pour ouvrir la porte d&#39,entrée du garage. C&#39,est assez étroit et limité en hauteur alors il faut y aller prudemment. L&#39,appartement, un studio de 28m2 est assez grand pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Il est bien équipé avec lave vaisselle, frigo, cafetière, bouilloire, grille pain et micro-ondes. La salle de bain possède un sèche serviette et une baignoire. Le WC est séparé. Le couchage se fait dans l&#39,entrée sur 2 lits superposés et au salon sur une banquette avec 2 lits gigogne. Une table et 4 chaises ainsi qu&#39,une petite télé."
