10 minutes from the Alésia site, the gîte L'Atre is a stone house dating from 1831 and authentically restored with Burgundian flagstones, beams and lime-coated walls.

The ground floor of the gîte includes a fitted kitchen, the dining room with lounge area and wood stove. A toilet.

Upstairs, 2 communicating bedrooms with parquet flooring, 1 160x200 bed - which can be separated on request, 1 140x190 bed and 1 90x190 bed as well as a bathroom with toilet. The beds are ready for the arrival of the guests. Baby equipment: high chair, travel cot, bathtub, barrier and accessories.

280 m² enclosed courtyard. Parking. Covered shelter for motorcycles and bicycles. Animals accepted on request if necessary and not upstairs.

Near Flavigny-sur-Ozerain and its famous anise, the sources of the Seine, the beautiful village of Salmaise, the castle of Bussy-Rabutin and the abbey of Fontenay, a UNESCO world heritage site.
