10 minutes from the A11, this haven of peace is close to the owners' farmhouse (18th century), independent, with its large shared garden with trees and flowers, semi-enclosed of 5000 m². Heated swimming pool (28 degrees), completely renovated with wooden beaches (6x12.5 m - May 15/Sept. 30), uncovered, secured by roller shutter, shared with the owners. Ping-pong table, table football, boules, mini-billiards available.
Ground floor: living room with American kitchen, 2 adjoining bedrooms (each with 1 bed 140x190), shower room/wc.
Mezzanine (steep staircase): small very attic bedroom with 2 extra children's beds.
Equipment included: freezer compartment, TV with satellite channel, Wifi (independent terminal), baby bed, hifi system. Shared washing machine in an outbuilding.
Included: central heating (pellets), electricity, towels/household linen, sheets.
Not included: wood. Mandatory cleaning fee (€70).
Animals: €100 deposit and €10/day supplement.
For cycling enthusiasts: shaded cycle path (Voie Verte), 3 km from the old railway line, and Loire à Vélo 13 km away. Places of interest are a few minutes away by car (golf course 25 km away).
