In a small village, this 18th century Bourbonnais style house has been completely restored. Located near the owners' main house (access via the first common gate), it is independent, separated from the owners' house by an electric gate. The atmosphere is both authentic with traditional stone and wood materials and contemporary with comfort and well-chosen decoration. On the ground floor, the living room is made up of an open kitchen with its living room and wood stove, bathroom/wc (shower and wc). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms fitted out in the old attic: 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 90 cm beds). Electric heating with reversible air conditioning. Enclosed courtyard, terrace with electric plancha, parking, mini-vegetable garden available to guests. A71 motorway 18km. Vichy spa resort 35 km away. Gannat 19 km.
