In a small village, this 18th century Bourbonnais style house has been completely restored. Located near the owners' main house (access via the first shared gate), it is independent, separated from the owners' house by an electric gate. The atmosphere is both authentic with traditional stone and wood materials and contemporary with comfort and well-chosen decoration. On the ground floor, the living room is composed of an open kitchen with its living room and wood stove, shower room / toilet (shower and toilet). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms fitted out in the old attic: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90). Electric heating with reversible air conditioning.
