Description of the accommodation

Come and enjoy this very spacious cottage, ideally located in the heart of the village, which will allow you to crisscross the Loire Valley region! Welcome to this charming character farmhouse in a "vintage" style of 140 m², ideally located in the heart of the picturesque village of Tavers and its blue waters, between Orléans and Blois to crisscross the Loire Valley region and its castles!

On the ground floor, you will find a laundry room equipped with its tourist point, a separate toilet with washbasin, a step separates the rooms, a large dining room, a fitted kitchen, a living room, a bedroom (1 bed 140x190 cm) which opens onto toilets and a private bathroom,
Upstairs is a large relaxation area with books, games, musical instruments and television, and two suites each comprising two 90x190 cm beds and an adjoining bathroom with a toilet.
Heating included and sheets provided.
You can enjoy a closed and flowery courtyard and a garden that brings calm, rest and the pleasure of a barbecue meal.

Closed garage or car access in the courtyard. Your pets are welcome.

[A small clarification, swimming in the Loire is dangerous, therefore FORBIDDEN; at your disposal municipal swimming pools in Beaugency or Mer, and a large body of water with supervised swimming on the Ile Charlemagne in Orléans.]

A deposit of €400 will be requested + a deposit of €300 if animals are present.

Access is via the gate on rue des Eaux Bleues, and preferably in reverse

Wunderschönes, gepflegtes Haus, mit tollen Antiquitäten ausgestattet. Geschmackvoll und elegant, warm und blitzsauber ! Sehr gute Ausstattung, nichts fehlte. Sehr gute bequeme Betten, 3 Badezimmer, 4 Wc‘s, alles sehr sauber. Unsere Hunde waren auch willkommen, wir waren über Weihnachten dort und fanden ein toll geschmücktes Weihnachtsbäumchen vor, eine wunderbare Geste der super netten und himfsbereiten Hausbesitzer. Reichlich Informationsbroschüren vorhanden um tolle Ausflugziele zu finden, die es dort im Überfluss gibt. Tolle Spazierwege nahe beim Haus, die Eaux Bleues de Tavers und unberührte Natur, die es zu entdecken gibt.Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt ! 5 Sterne für diese wundervolle Unterkunft. Danke Martine, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons loué cette magnifique demeure ancienne pour accueillir notre belle famille venant de Roumanie. Ils étaient totalement conquis et séduit par cette maison au charme ancien et avec un très beau jardin. Les 3 chambres sont spacieuses et toutes équipées d'une salle de bain privative, la cuisine est très bien équipée, les espaces très bien décorés dans le style ancien. Le photographe de notre mariage est venu sur place pour la préparation de la mariée et il était totalement à fond dans la maison ! De plus les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous ont même préparés des petites attentions pour notre mariage ! En bref, rien à dire de négatif, votre maison a contribué à la réussite de notre mariage. Nous la relouerons sans hésitation !
